I called horizon services on 12/25 - my heating system was not sending warm air. They arrived in the morning on 12/26 - the technician David Babcock was thorough, polite, honest and resolved the issue (broken thermostat). He even stayed around to explain to CPI his findings. I was so pleased I purchased a service plan! Highly recommended!
