Did a good, professional job in installing a new hearing unit. A little disappointed as a couple of minor follow up issues reported through their CS were not addressed.
Horizon installed our new heating and cooling system quickly andwith professional accuracy. We had questions afterwards and their response was expedious.
Horizon provided phenomenal service. They were out on time, provided quality service and work. I appreciated that they were upfront with pricing and reviewed my options for the plumbing work that was done. All of the staff have been courteous and professional.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained to me my options to fix the problem with my garbage disposal and how to take care of it after installation. The price was reasonable and he left the area clean after he was done. I was very satsatisfied.
I've be doing business with Horizon for quite a few years. I've bought my heat pumps from them and always had Horizon do the routine servicing on them. I have not needed any repairs. The service techs are knowledgable and efficient in performing the required tasks. I would definitely recommend Horizon.
