Same day top notch service. Highly recommend. Fixed multiple issues and had us up and running on a Saturday in a heat wave. Super satisfied!

There service is top shelf. From the time I made my appointment to when they came to fix my air conditioner. My technician was very knowledgeable, very courteous. when he found the problem, he explained what it was, and proceeded to repair it.

After two days of extreme heat and poor ac we called Horizon Services and their Tech Dave arrived here 8am the next day. In no time Dave had trouble shot the problem and replaced the capacitor, cleaned the coils and added freon and we were back in business chilling out in comfort. Thanks Dave and Horizon for making us comfortable again.

The technician Lucas E. Ramos did an excellent job, very thorough and professional. There were issues with the system that he very clearly wrote up in his notes and included all the supporting pictures I would need to make a claim as my system was still under warranty. 👍👍Very happy I chose Horizon
