He advised me of my choices before doing anything and gave me honest pros & cons. He even fixed another issue I was having in a different room, again with honest choices.

Unfortunately a part was needed that is not available today so he promised that I would hear from Horizon tomorrow and that he would be back to fix the issue as soon as the part comes in.
