RecommendedCoswell Sterling from Horizon Services did a great job with my air conditioning spring tune-up. He was quick and efficient but thorough, too. He made sure everything was to my liking and that I was satisfied before he left. He even didn't mind when I dragged him back down into the basement to look at a issue with a drainage pipe on the A/C unit! He mentioned some extra things that could be purchased but was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Coswell to come to your home to perform an A/C unit tune-up.
My thermostat broke in the winter and Horizon came out and replaced it.. now comes summer and the AC wasn't coming on. I called Horizon again and they determined the wrong thermostat was installed and replaced it at no charge.. I was so happy they made things right and will always use you guys and recommend you to anyone.. your fantastic
Frank came to our charity home to look at a blower that was replaced close to three years ago. He remembered us and was pleased to report it was still under warranty!! He got us fixed that day. No charge. While we waited for the part he showed me how to remove and clean the metal filters. He also helped me remove a tight piece from a bath spout I was replacing. Just the epitome of what every service person should be. Respectful. Honest. Willing to go the extra mile.

I am house sitting for my son and he scheduled the AC service check up for today. I would like to say that Jason P. is a great service tech and he explained everything that needed to be done to keep the units running great. He was on time and answered all my questions that I may have had. Thank you Jason P. for being such an awesome person to do business with. All I can say is keep him around!!
