RecommendedTechnician showed up right in the window provided, as Horizon always does when I use them. Enjoyed his sense of humor and the time he took to explain the cost. He quickly identified the problem and provided a reasonably priced solution with a 2 year warranty. Keith K. had another tech with him, Matt, and the got the work done quickly. Very pleased with their work-they took out all of the plastic in the sink stopper and left me with a dependable fixture.
We had the very good fortune to have Kevin E service our hot water heater. He and Johnny arrived in no time and identified the problem immediately. It was fixed promptly and the technicians were friendly and efficient. No one is always perfect and sometimes things don't work out as we hope they will but I must say for the many years that we have used Horizon we have been pleased 99% of the time.
I held back from 5 stars until I make sure the work done solved the problem, but so far my experience has been great. I got a service call the next day. Jared F. was very nice and seemed to do a thorough job. It doesn't seem like any problems were invented (like a recent experience with a plumbing company), and the prices quoted seemed reasonable. If the work holds, I'll be back to give the 5th star. Very pleasant, efficient, clean. Thanks!
I had a great experience using Horizon. We are getting ready to move and on of the items from the house inspection was a leak in the heating system. I called and the phone was promptly answered and I was quickly transferred to scheduling. Tech, Chuck M, came out the next day to service the system. He explained what was needed and said they would be back in a few days to fix found issue. Only reas for not giving five stars is the wrong part was ordered so another appointment had to be made. Service was awesome. Steve C. Was excellent. He made sure I was totally satisfied before he left. Tested all the equipment and showed me exactly what went wrong.
The blower motor in my furnace stopped working just in time for this early September heat wave! No AC! Murphy's Law. Jared came out, did his inspection, and confirmed my worst fear. We need a whole new unit, but I can also opt for simply replacing the motor for now. I don't mind him upselling the furnace option. He's just doing his job, and sharing his wisdom. Very polite as well.

My tech was very prompt and knowledgeable. He presented the current issues and the services available to make my HVAC system in the best working order. He was clean and didn't rush through the job -- providing tips to service it in the future. Very happy with the result.
