We lost heat on the coldest day of the season, I was home with a 3 week old baby and my 2 year old son, within 12 hours of my initial call a service tech had come out reveal what we thought...that we needed a new furnace. That evening Mike Mendick came out to discuss our options. He was full of information and helped us to make the best decision for our home. The installation team was here about 12 hours after Mike left! 2 weeks later we are nice and toasty and very happy with our decision!! Thanks Mike and Horizon!!
Horizon was very efficient in responding to my broken heater. The heater is very old, but Jared F. was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. As part of the service price, we got a year service plan included. Jared also gave me a heads-up about a potentially expensive failure we could prevent before it became a problem. Sold me.
