Antonio M. came out to tune up my A/C and to check a problem I'd been having with my heat pump. He explained everything, even the bad news that I needed a new unit. He set up the appointment to have someone come out and take measurements for a new unit and took the time to explain everything. A great service visit all around.

Horizon came out to do an annual tune-up of our HVAC system. The technician, Mr Ryan L was courteous, professional, and friendly.

I bought a house that I knew would take some work. I have been pleased with the services provided by Horizon, both HVAC and plumbing. Probably spent over $10K in the last year with them getting the systems repaired and improved and it has been worth every penny. Zero issues.

Keith was great. He came out crazy late at night for a leaking water heater. He was back the next day, rebuilt the pipes, and put in the new unit.

This AM we woke to a chilly 63 degrees so I bumped the heat up to 70 after making coffee and preparing a load of laundry I noticed it wasn't getting any warmer in fact it dropped to 62. Brrr. Called Horizon. Said they would be here between 1& 4. Jared called and said he would be here around 11:30 really nice, mannerly and very professional. Found problem called for part and even the part came within 1/2 hr. Replaced part explained what he did and we are once again warm. Great job. Would highly recommend.
