Record Breaking Cold, & NO HEAT ! What to do, I know Call that Company with the Orange trucks, & cute little pink booties, EMERGENCY SERVICE ! Worst company in the world. Scam artists, liars, sneaks! Technicians that do not have the knowledge they should on what they are fixing. Oh and the tech,Jason H, gave my puppy a kick on the way out. He should be fired and they should be shut down. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
I'm feeling ripped off. Service tech talked me into a service agreement where, apparently, nothing is covered. They replaced my heater's fuel line and filter and now it's leaking. It wasn't leaking before. Now, it's costing me $79 for them to come out and look at it and tell me it is probably going to cost at least $150 because they didn't cause it...naturally. I have come to dread calling them and I think this will be the last time...even if they fail to fix the problem...I'll just call someone that's honest.
After taking the time to check the tune-up work that the HVAC Technician, JRG 3, did, I can only say that I'm massively disappointed in the poor, unsafe practices of this technician, and I'm currently waiting for Horizon to resolve this issue. 1) The blower shutoff switch (which turns off the blower when I open the access panel) was taped down. I called horizon on Sunday to fix my heat. They sent someone on Monday and informed me that the circuit board was bad. After they replaced the part they then informed me that the heating unit was not installed correctly and was unsafe to turn back on. I insisted that the heating company that did the original install fix the issue only to find out that the horizon technician lied. Nice work horizon ! Leave a family without heat in 9 degree temperature!
