I was promised next day service by Dan for a heat pump installation, but that's far from the truth. Please don't lie to customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are extremely desperate.
The company sucks. Charging $480 for $33 part that takes 15 minutes to put in. Absolutely ridiculous.
Riccardo B. was the first tech who arrived on 9/15-polite,neat-began discussing a 'oil-leak' then suggested NOT putting good money after a 'old furnace' --mind you--AC/Furnace were working prior to visit. Later found something else, blew circut board NOW NO HEAT/AC. Was willing to eat the cost for new circuit board--returned this A.M. Long story short--OOOHHH 'not my fault or yours' their is a SHORT from a neutral wire to circuit breaker -I said it worked fine before you touched it! Way over priced! They took advantage of my sister who is struggling to make ends meet, charging 20 times more than they should for a simple A/C capacitor replacement and a shot of freon, along with a diagnostic fee. They're ripping off poor people who don't know who to call. Shame on them. I'm sure they are ripping off many more in retirement communities. Their slogan should be, How to rip off uninformed people.
I just left a customer of yours after you told them they needed a new compressor/new unit and all I did was changed the capacitor and got them running. Either train your techs better or stop ripping people off
I called for an appt for a tune up and was told they could schedule one in July! Today is June 6th! REALLY? what a joke.
Saw the good reviews on Facebook. Talked to a very nice customer service rep to provide preliminary details about my address and issue. Was looking for an AC unit tune up. Eventually was forwarded to a scheduling agent and was told first available not until June in Mercer County. Yikes.
I do not trust this company. I called them to come out and clear a blockage in my main sewer drain line. The drain tech quickly identified the root cause which was that the clean-out pipe out in my front yard had become disengaged and pulled away from the trap, allowing dirt/mud/rocks to fall into the trap and block the flow. He said he couldn't clear that blockage with the equipment he had with him (I'm guessing he had a drain auger of some sort), and that he would have to get an Estimator to come out and take a look.... read more
I got an estimate and it was for over $1000 to get my heat up and running again. My dad thought it was incorrect so I got a second estimate and it was fixed for under 300$ . They wanted to fix stuff that was working fine.. The technition took advantage of a woman who obviously was clueless about the system! It's been working perfect ever since. NEVER would I use this company!!
