Wish I had read these facebook reviews before I booked...Felt like they sent a salesman instead of a plummer. Charged $89 for 5 minute "insepction " fee then spent 20 minutes of my time trying to upsell me on becoming a member. When I inquired about the 2nd service I needed done I was told it would be an additional $99. Basically $200 for 30 minutes of work! Now I see why they charge by the service not by the hour. They may be family owned by they aren't family friendly.
Worse service, 100% guarantee is bs, destroyed our bathroom bc they didn’t do there job right. And won’t even replace what the damaged
Sale and install were a breeze, but after that, the billing nightmare and horrible customer service I experienced will make me think twice. Four calls, more than a week and still NO RESOLUTION to my billing issue. Such a shame to ruin my positive experience. #disappointed
THE TECH IS GOOD AND PRICE IS A LITTLE BIT PROHIBITIVE. BUT I WANNA SAY THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE THAT THEY ARE NEVER LATE. On a cold, damp and icy night, the Horizon service man arrived to fix our heater. When he arrived at the door, we told him that we could wait, because the roads were becoming increasingly worse, yet he insisted on staying. After he realized the need for another part, he left to procure it,and returned, at which point the roads were so icy that he slide down the road sideways, yet he restored our heat! We were grateful Horizon customers, and thankful to the dedicated serviceman.
Caused problem with a heater that was perfect before they came out. Drained water one day, no heater the next day, came back to replace the water they drained. Tried to sell me a part I did not need, confirmed by my heating technician who is doing heater before either of Horizon's technicians were born.
I used to think this company was extremely reliable, I never had a problem with them. Until today. Our heater completely shut down, and it appears they have shut off their phones. Is this what my annual contract includes? Is this what “always open” means?
I was happy with initial service but unhappy with the follow-up. On Friday 12/22 I had a plumber come out to fix a clogged drain. He fixed it and was very mannerly and professional. On Monday 12/25 we noticed water gathering under the sink and saw that some of our items under the sink were wet. I called at 6 in the am to schedule an appointment and was told the scheduler would call me back to confirm an appointment. Individual plumbers were super- nice and friendly. The company, however, is unresponsive and their prices are high. Extremely unhappy with the overall “service” although the guys couldn’t be nicer.
