Really, you want a rating from me. For starters, dont set my furnace on fire. Filling my house up with thick black smoke, 8 fire engines. I do not now the level of different techs. But to jump an air flow sensor thinking that was the issue (not the fan) and fire up the furnace is definitely not a good sign. Now the furnace is shot.
We have been long time customers of Horizon, having electrical, heating and plumbing services done in our home. Though we have to explain each and every time, that Horizon has done work in our home, but are still told they don't service our area in Camden. This is frustrating!!! I called last Monday (10-19) for the heater check up and was told we don't service your area, but the rep said she saw they had serviced our home in the past. They are not to be trusted. They told me I needed a new Inducer motor for my heater as mine was failing. I had 2 additional heating technicians check it out and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heater. Horizon was going to charge me over $1,100 for the work. Stay away from them!
U need to stop acting big before u guys were good with pricing and customer service but now u acting ur big company first u will say for job u will send technician for estimate charge when customer says no after a time u call say technician estimate charge is free what is all this fraud business also stick with ur fundamentals values and right pricing just u guys became big dorsnt mean there r not other competitors give better price than u
Scheduled a heater tuneup a month in advance. They called an hour before appointment to cancel after I adjusted my work schedule. Then earliest they could reschedule was a month later. No response from an email I sent them. Don’t waste your time. I recommend Moore’s Countryside if you live in southern NJ.
This company took advantage of my parents. Installed a system two years ago for $20000 and won’t certify that it is in good working order?! My father passed and we are trying to sell the home. This should be the least of our worries. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIP OFFS. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.
My fiancee and I started using Horizon for the first 2 years we had our house. Their plumbers were all nice and straight forward the few times we used them but be careful with the HVAC techs! We had them come out because our A/C wasn't working to well and they Tried telling us we needed over $2,000 worth of work done to our A/C and furnace so we might as well get a whole new unit especially since the "new freeon" doesn't work in older A/C units so we decided to look into it and they tried charging us over 17,000 dollars for ... read more
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of using Horizon Services I have used them twice and have been very disappointed. I had my ac and heating unit replaced and they tried to pull a bait and switch with the heater when I complained they gave me back 1000.00 but come one if I didn’t complain I am sure there would be no compensation back.
