Beautiful place..very friendly...a few.kinks...its new...and they are vary short handed at restaurants and casino..but overall we had a great time

Hotel was nice, but No resort amenities justfying a daily resort fee -- no spa, no pool, no hot tub, etc.

Good time. Never saw housekeeping. I read reviews about this issue and thought maybe you need to ask at check in? Otherwise stay was good.

Wifeys bday trip Great place. It was not on the trip itinerary originally. Due to uncontrollable changes, we had to get a room in black hawk. I chose wisely! So nice, clean comfy, great food at the restaurants.
