Wonderful They charged my credit card for both of the rooms. We did not get refunded for the one room, and they charged it to the other credit card for the room as well. I would like the promised refund. I need to contact the property or please have them contact me!! They were very accommodating and we enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this to others.

It was ok for the short notice, casino wasn’t great. The elevators were quite dirty but the king size mattress hanging over the queen platform was tacky. Could be dangerous if some big person sat on the edge. Also, the was no comforter only a sheet and very thin blanket. I slept with my fleece jacket on. The hotel is ok for a last minute decision front desk staff and valet staff were very friendly.

Paseó a Black Hawk Lo único malo Es que en la habitación de al lado estaban fumando y el olor era muy fuerte tuvimos que salir de el cuarto El hotel está muy bonito es mejor de lo que esperaba el personal fue muy amable está muy limpio las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y muy cómodas ,bonitas vistas , Tiene muy buena comida
