When issue still not solved it's a problem. Not too happy on the way the office manager handles things. Will not be using this company in the near future.

Worst company contracted through home warranty(which I cancelled because of this) called out because had no heat only cold air, all the kid could come up with was "I need to clean my coil" a side job that would cost me out of pocket. Called a reputable company said he could my coil had been previously cleaned and didn't need it! Tested my heating element, one had went out and cost me 45 bucks.

Had problems with the install and only got fixed when I cancelled payment. While receiving the seasonal inspection I was told that their was supposed to be an access panel. I spoke to 3 different people and was told by all 3 it would be taken care of and still nothing. Been over a year.

The surge protectors supposed to be installed was incomplete and was charged full price. Poor costumer service , I was put on hold on the phone more than 30 min. I’m still waiting for follow up about this issue (surge protector) and it has been a week.

Despite telling me that my system was not functional and needed to be replaced, the company reported to the home warranty company that the system only needed two parts to be functional. The company also sent out a sales representative who tried to sell me the top of the line system at $14,000 despite my telling him that I was selling the house and my priority was to have a functional and cost-effective system. This is one of the WORST COMPANIES TO GO TO FOR HELP WITH AIR CONDITION ISSUES.. BE WARNED.. My situation, my a/c was leaking water, had done a claim with home warranty , had a plummer come out one day and the next had this company come out, as soon as the man came he was saying contact the plummer . never looked at a/c , i had to call the plummer get his diagnostic and TELL THIS company what the issue is and to go back up and see the issue. he finally located the issue then went and contacted home warranty company and disc... read more
