This dealership was not honest about all of the issues that were present in a used vehicle we purchased from them.
I was treated very poorly at this dealership. Bought a 40k truck that was "certified" right until before I signed papers. Didn't know then what I do now, the transmission on this truck is absolute trash. Hard shifts. Vibrations and rumbles. According to husker auto this is "normal" acceptable operation. They refuse to fix my truck even with a warranty. Crooked. Shady. Conniving. Would rate a -10 out of 10. Terrible customer service/ terrible experience. Save yourself the head and heartache!!!
They did not perform all of the services listed and paid for. They changed the oil and the filter and wipers. No inspection, no tire rotation and no car wash.

They lie about how long it will take every time Ive been there and they dont listen to the customer either. I will never return and Ill make it a point to let other people know how terrible their service is as well.

Absolutely terrible. Took 5 weeks to replace exhaust manifold and power steering rack. Wouldn't return calls after 8 days of consecutive calls. Customer service is marginal. Not one time did I feel taken care of or like my concerns or complaints were taken into consideration. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Dont even know where to begin, got new tires put on and one of them were leaking, all of my tires were aired to 35 psi when the pickup calls for 75 psi clearly stated on the door placard

Price went up. Vehicle was not cleaned like promised. Was told they are short of help.
Two plus hours for an one hour oil change is not acceptable.

I had to work with the sales team for three weeks to purchase a vehicle. It should not be that hard to spend money.
