this app is the worst one I have. it just locks up and doesn't respond to what you're telling it to do. I'm not new at this I have had it for several years nothing has changed actually it's even gotten worse

this app works maybe once every three times I log in. theres always something on or off that is supposed to be off or on and i am constantly closing it out in order for it to work again.

For now expensive this system is, the app is awful. Long delays and the app has to be completely restarted each time I open it. Heater temperature often has to be changed manually on the unit. No temperature readout unless the pump is on.

Constantly get alerts to say there is a firmware update error but there is no way to manually check for updates. When trying to remotely connect it is hit and miss although both the controller and phone have strong Wifi connection.

For over 18 months, as others have described, the app times out to their API's and must be forced closed after using it for the first load since the last time you forced closed it. Irritating that it's taking so long to fix.
