    Extremely buggy. After firmware update robot no longer cleans stairs of the pool or follows a pattern. We have the 4050IQ. Pretty disappointing for a $3k+ robot and firmware. Edit: Sadly I never received a response back from Zodiac via the email suggested below. Extremely disappointing.

    always gets kicked off of my network. Update: I got a response from customer support, and of course, they're blaming it on my internet speed. how about making your device 5G compatible? I constantly get 1 gig of speed at all times and I have cameras that are 25 ft further away that have no connectivity issues. it's your equipment not my internet.

    Screens don't rotate, detail lines in some areas such as 'schedule' overlay each other and are not usable nor readable Update 4 years later in August 2025: Nothing changed with the two issues I posted about in my 2021 review. I guess their "we're working on it" answer didn't mean much .

    aplikace úplně k ničemu. nedá se přes to prakticky nic dělat. ani informace o stavu robota jestli jede není co má za informace z čidel tam nejsou

    Awful app. Glitchy and unreliable.

    I am not able to connect with my Samsung phone. I have to use my iPad to connect to the system.
