    Glitchy. There have been several times I've turned off pool equipment... only to find out latrr that it didn't actually turn off.

    this app is complete rubbish, firmware update errors are constant with no way to manually do them, constant app crashes and half the time won't work with the cordless robot. The robot (freerider) is decent build quality, but for the price I'd expect a better build (lid is quite fragile to open close and remote is not great especially battery change).

    doesn't let me change wifi in app. won't save my clean mode sched.

    terrible connection, always needing firmware update, yet the firmware is up to date.

    the app totally sucks. looks like something from 2010, when the first app was made... when we open it, it doesn't always let us into our pool... how do we rename our pool... I wish there was functionality for Google Assistant... hey Google, turn on the pool lights... hey google, turn on the waterfall.... hey Google, what's the current pool temp?..... who's in charge of the development of this app? lol.. needs an overhaul. update: called support. no fix. app still sucks and doesn't always load

    Extremely buggy. After firmware update robot no longer cleans stairs of the pool or follows a pattern. We have the 4050IQ. Pretty disappointing for a $3k+ robot and firmware. Edit: Sadly I never received a response back from Zodiac via the email suggested below. Extremely disappointing.

    always gets kicked off of my network. Update: I got a response from customer support, and of course, they're blaming it on my internet speed. how about making your device 5G compatible? I constantly get 1 gig of speed at all times and I have cameras that are 25 ft further away that have no connectivity issues. it's your equipment not my internet.
