    Glitchy and not all items are available on the app, need to go to the web service to do scheduling and such. that interface is even worse.

    el estado del robot no se sincroniza bien algunas veces. La app es muy poco reactiva, le das al botón y no sabes si el robot está en marcha o no. y lo peor de todo es que no puedes agendar una limpieza a una hora en particular

    Still does not show/update status of cleaner. It just shows blank screen, so I don't know how much time is left or if it is working.

    It's horrible and in consistent. As others have complained half is in the app and the other in the web. Finally found some instruction from 2016 and the web half is exactly the same as it was 10 years ago! During low speed circulation, Heat pump comes at higher rpm as it's supposed to but stays at higher speeds when done and doesn't drop back to lower speed. I could go on ... Lazy and embarrassing it has not been updated. That said, I have no issues with Jandy Equipment.

    I have 2 different pools, it works, but I constantly have to close an open app.

    will not open 90% of the time, have to close and reopen about 20 times then will work. smh

    Generally useless. Often won't connect, sometimes will after a few minutes, but often not. Have tried all suggested trouble shooting suggestions, but to no avail.

    no customer service support whatever. you have to pay professionals to come out if anything is wrong.
