    For now expensive this system is, the app is awful. Long delays and the app has to be completely restarted each time I open it. Heater temperature often has to be changed manually on the unit. No temperature readout unless the pump is on.

    It doesn't work a lot of times. Loses connection or app won't open

    Constantly get alerts to say there is a firmware update error but there is no way to manually check for updates. When trying to remotely connect it is hit and miss although both the controller and phone have strong Wifi connection.

    For over 18 months, as others have described, the app times out to their API's and must be forced closed after using it for the first load since the last time you forced closed it. Irritating that it's taking so long to fix.

    total garbage. ive tried over 10 times to reach support. email, phone and nothing. can never reach anyone. let messages on both email and phone and nothing. don't spend your hard earned money on this product because you will get no support when it breaks. the app takes at least 3 tries to actual get in and adjust your system. half the time you have to log all the way out and back in. it's never ever worked first time. email sent again.

    doesn't work with Android phones. Keeps showing offline then my son login with his iPhone and no problem. same issues with my husband android. we try with 3 different android and app does not work .
