total garbage. ive tried over 10 times to reach support. email, phone and nothing. can never reach anyone. let messages on both email and phone and nothing. don't spend your hard earned money on this product because you will get no support when it breaks. the app takes at least 3 tries to actual get in and adjust your system. half the time you have to log all the way out and back in. it's never ever worked first time. and support was no help again.

Terrible support. Keep getting unable to update firmware message. Chatted with support and had "There is issue with the iaqualink at the moment that they are trying to fix" then "There has been an issue on and off for a little while. They are in process of trying to fix" then "There is an update to 7.3.1 for some users this has resolved issue". Basically no effort in helping, just wanted to get rid of me.

When it works the pool data and controls are good. Unfortunately it rarely works correctly. I repeatedly have to refresh, sign out and back in, and uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to pull up the data for my pool.

The hardware is reliable. but dependent on the App software which is not reliable. The App (possibly due to updates, possibly due to bugs) can lose its connection to the user login and/or to the hardware. If two family members want to install the software, more issues arise. The software team needs professional leadership that knows how to set up a solid test lab and robust test plan that is applied with every software change commit. The App could be fixed and the product made complete.

love the pool cleaner, but the app is buggy. often get connection errors even when cleaner is clearly on my network. lately the status circle (whether cleaner is running, or idle etc) shows blank so unable to know status of cleaner if away from home. clearing cache sometimes helps, sometimes does not. need to work out the bugs.
