I usually have to clear cache and data on the app for it to work. plus the controller unit outside is not stable either. I have to try multiple times to stop the pump before it works. It's not a Wi-Fi issue - the router is literally on the other side of the wall where the controller is mounted. I don't have any issues with anything sitting much farther away - like cameras. When it does work it's a nice feature to have.

The app fails all the time.... I open the app select the system and nothing happens.... I have uninstalled the app reinstalled the app,Wi-Fi signal is good sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't....

I'm surprised this app is so non-functional. It says it is connected to the pool cleaner but if I program a schedule it never saves and never runs. I called customer support multiple times and that was a huge waste of my time. At their suggestion I tried re-installing the app, then switched to an iOS device to do the same, then reset and reconfigured my WiFi multiple times, then reset my cleaner. What a waste of my time for a half-baked "smart" app and devices that won't communicate properly.

outdated and glitches alot needs nee color patters for the lights and having it stay green and connected would be a plus
