qt1050 robot + iaqualink app. NR1. there's no such robot to select in the options of robot cleaners within the app, yet the product has iaqualink plastered all over it including box and manual, but with some trial and error I've managed to add it. now the app shows that robot connected but 70% of the time if I open robot controls everything is greyed out and controls don't work... don't even get me started on actual robot cleaner... the only premium thing about it is price and packaging

when it works it's great, but that's the problem, we have issues keeping it connected to our phones for control. Have tried numerous times to trouble shoot and reset. It will work for a few days then stops.

Just sent over 3k on a new system that requires this app for use. It says it is for both Android and Apple however, we have Android and it will not show the equipment options even though it is listed under my equipment. Had to have a friend install on his Apple phone just so I could set the schedules to get it running. Need to redesign this app or create one for Android.

Absolutely terrible and useless. My pool robot disconnects daily and I have to unplug it to get it to work for a day. This happened since their last firmware push. Support is totally useless and try to blame my wifi system. I'm very aware of specs to connect and exceed those requirements. If you're looking at buying a Polaris robot STAY AWAY if you want to control it, let alone remove it from your pool. Their response is typical. None of their work, calling support does absolutely nothing.

Since last update I no longer get notifications. uninstalled and reinstalled app. The app in not showing up in the android app settings.
