    App will not connect to Polaris Freedom SC. I tried several times. I was able to select the device, and I got to the party where it needs to connect to my Wi-Fi but it just kept saying "Connecting..." and nothing else. This app is garbage.

    This is the worst app ever. Sometimes it will take days to get on. Customer service is also very unprofessional never help you troubleshoot to resolve the issue.

    inconsistent performance and connection. can't control everything from it. can not get to the web app from the link.

    I usually have to clear cache and data on the app for it to work. plus the controller unit outside is not stable either. I have to try multiple times to stop the pump before it works. It's not a Wi-Fi issue - the router is literally on the other side of the wall where the controller is mounted. I don't have any issues with anything sitting much farther away - like cameras. When it does work it's a nice feature to have. Update 1/21/2024: I have a ticket to your support team as suggested.
