worked fine when I first got the app and robot pool cleaner. Some update happens a couple months ago and now there's nothing on the app screen except for a Play button that doesn't give you any confirmation that the robot pool cleaner is running, the timer and the option for TYPE of cleaning is gone. FIX THIS. This is on Android.

App almost never works; customer service always says a server is down or AWS or blames it on something else.

app needs an update as there is clearly bugs in this version. it will connect but as soon as you press on clean mode it will crash unless you keep trying for a good 10 minutes have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck only sometimes if you keep clearing cache will it work properly.

Very ordinary, app does not give any response or provide anything on the screen as an indication of what's going on with cleaning robot. update: DX4050iQ - top of the range, cant see features. Sent support via app. Had no response.

you never know what you're going to get when you open the app. It is never consistent, sometimes you see a timer. Sometimes you just see the play symbol. very frustrating

Junk! Installed this app and put the Polaris Freedom SC in pairing mode and the app finds the cordle robotic cleaner saying it connected successfully and then when I click continue it keeps spinning saying connecting. Never allows me to choose my Wi-Fi and I have excellent signal where I'm setting this up. $900 and they can't get this or the app working correctly. Horrible out of the box experience. Would not recommend.
