The app is non existent. I've tried everything: restart wifi modem, restart phone, log out/in, uninstall. it never works. the light stays red and no other way to update the schedule. This has been a horrible experience. I really wish I would have gone with a different company. RUN

Try hitting the reset button on your unit. If that doesn't do it, turn off/on the circuit breaker to the unit. If you accidentally exit the schedule screen without saving, it can lock web access.
