I'd give 5 but a few glitches. App freezes when open too long. Have to close it and re-open. App does not support some popular spa heater brands.

Frustration immediately occurs when you have to choose which system you want to view. How many people actually have more than one?! From there, it's a much better interface... Unless you need to use the web portion, which makes you feel like you've been transported to 1995.
