I did love this app. But now due to changing of banks I've been told I dont have enough income in said accounts anymore, or apparently nothing showing I've have other loans I've repaid. I just repaid 2 yesterday. Ill be deleting this app. Clearly there are some issues with there system setup

I applied for a loan on Sunday it is now Wednesday... because the E-transfered the money to the wrong email address I've been dealing with customer service who read their replies from the company handbook or so it seems... I had to borrow the money from a family member which is way too embarrassing I was hoping to give a positive review but I'll wait to see if I get my money

Weird how half my review got deleted? the part about where you guys charge the highest rate the law will allow you to. I guess if you have zero other options this is the Scam you should try out. btw, the high star ratings are manipulated and or manufactured completely, FACT.

Automated verification system keeps failing and denying your loan approval. Customer service is horrible and do not troubleshoot anything. They give you dishonest pre-written responses and state "confidentiality" as the reason they cannot tell you why there is an issue. Seems like a scam!
