This is an awful bank. They have charged for overdraft charges when they shouldn't have. When I have asked them to fix the problem, they try everything to show how they should be "correct", when I have the proof that they are not correct. They have put holds on our accounts for no reason and when asked to correct that-they were very sheepish and not forthcoming in giving information or in a resolution to the problem. If I could give this business less than a 1, I would. I've banked here for over 10 years, and have had problem after problem with the fools screwing up my credit and debit card accounts. I've finally had it and will be closing my account as soon as some CD's I have invested mature in about 6 weeks. Their customer service people are rock-dumb. I was a member for a few years , BUT I CHANGED TO any credit union, after ordering checks, because they would not allow me to pick -up them up that the credit union. I was told they were required to mail them. HOW UNSAFE IS THAT???
