Had to go with this credit union because they were the cheapest in town for rates on my auto loan. It's obvious to me now why they were so cheap. The customer service has been mediocre at best, the first time I walked into a facility there were 10 people on the floor and they were all busy doing everything but helping out with business. Today I find out they never changed my statements to online only and that they charge $5 if they get your mail back. I'll be swapping credit unions as soon as possible.

Will not be using them again!!! They were incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with my auto loan. They did not give me the correct information which lead to multiple visits to the Ustick branch to try and get things squared way. Then after being there for almost 2 hours (when I was told I could sign papers and walk away) as I was driving home they called me and said they forgot to have me sign another paper! Loyalty does not matter to ICCU nor does Customer Service. Been a member for over 10 years and was in need of Home equity line of credit. House is worth over 400K and needed 50k for debt consolidation. Was denied loan. Run fast from this company as they are full of XXXX when they say the care about their customers.

Racist and discrimination is allowed here. They charged me a fee for the coin counter because I was black. I saw a white male not get charged right in front of me. They said their is a sign that says that they can charge who they want.

I recently moved to Idaho and was told to get an account with ICCU at the Burley, ID location. They were busy and only one person came up to me to see what I needed. He told me that I would have to wait which was ok. I requested to talk to Jonaton but he left for lunch so I left my phone number because I just needed to know what type of paperwork I would need for a loan. DO NOT get a home loan with Idaho Central Credit Union. We wanted a local credit union. A credit union where we lived by and could go in and pay our mortgage. We liked the idea of having local interaction and not having to call every time to get in contact with someone. A place with great customer service and they cared about you. I was looking to bank with this company and when I called the bank apparently it routed to a call center. The people at the call center are very rude and disrespectful. That's unfortunate that the bank can't answer there phones them selves and that the call center they contract to are very rude. I will bank at a place like that.

Wish I could give these banks a worse than 1 star because I don't feel that's deserved, if you want to open an account at a bank that will constantly take bs hidden fees out of your bank account than this is the one to go to. Also the security of your account is horrible as mine was making payments to credit companies that I never owed anything to. Do not get an auto loan here. Attempted to put it off multiple times but was not accepted. Locked me out of my account multiple times. Finally got a check accepted for the payoff amount and they send my title to the corporate office of my bank instead of my home after I called and confirmed it was being sent to my house twice. Completely inept department.
