They seem to laugh and not resolve the issue on funds being scammed from my account, therefore, I have turned them into the State of Idaho Department of Finance. Now you can laugh at that !

The drive through line is horrendous! I've been stuck in like for a sold 30 minutes and you have helped 2 vehicles in front of me. If something is going to take longer than 5 minutes in the drive through then you need to send the person inside of the branch. Also, your phone team is inconsistent and you NEVER have a manager available to speak to. This used to be the best bank in town. You are quickly falling short of that! Absolutely horrible. Incompetent. One of the worst websites I have ever seen. Employees do not know how to help. They cannot even figure out how to set up autopay correctly. Do not use this bank.

Only drive through is open during Covid pandemic. It is talking 10 - 15 minutes for each car do go through the line. Cars lined up out into the street. I have been waiting 20 minutes and 1 car has been serviced in my line. This is ridiculous.

Being a member isn't worth anything when you apply for a loan. It doesn't matter if you've been with them for 15 years. They use a boilerplate process like any other lender and their rates are high.

Had to go with this credit union because they were the cheapest in town for rates on my auto loan. It's obvious to me now why they were so cheap. The customer service has been mediocre at best, the first time I walked into a facility there were 10 people on the floor and they were all busy doing everything but helping out with business. Today I find out they never changed my statements to online only and that they charge $5 if they get your mail back. I'll be swapping credit unions as soon as possible.

Will not be using them again!!! They were incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with my auto loan. They did not give me the correct information which lead to multiple visits to the Ustick branch to try and get things squared way. Then after being there for almost 2 hours (when I was told I could sign papers and walk away) as I was driving home they called me and said they forgot to have me sign another paper! Loyalty does not matter to ICCU nor does Customer Service. Been a member for over 10 years and was in need of Home equity line of credit. House is worth over 400K and needed 50k for debt consolidation. Was denied loan. Run fast from this company as they are full of XXXX when they say the care about their customers.
