I received 4 letters from Idaho Central Credit Union, a company I had never heard of. I don't even live in the state. I called them to find out what it was all about. I spoke to "Raven," who told me that an account (or more) was opened in my husband's name and that they could give us no other information. She couldn't even tell me the # of accounts or if they had the correct social security number. Raven refused to give me her job title. I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. A horrible example of a "credit union". It acts on the same principles as any major thieving Bank. Stealing money from it's clients to fatten its own pockets. I have gotten into countless arguments with the remedial managers and employees over denying deposits, holding funds, charging fees that are not legit. Always shut off access to my card and freeze my accounts for any online purchases, out of state purchases, or anything with a value of over a couple of hundred dollars. They seem to laugh and not resolve the issue on funds being scammed from my account, therefore, I have turned them into the State of Idaho Department of Finance. Now you can laugh at that !

The drive through line is horrendous! I've been stuck in like for a sold 30 minutes and you have helped 2 vehicles in front of me. If something is going to take longer than 5 minutes in the drive through then you need to send the person inside of the branch. Also, your phone team is inconsistent and you NEVER have a manager available to speak to. This used to be the best bank in town. You are quickly falling short of that! Absolutely horrible. Incompetent. One of the worst websites I have ever seen. Employees do not know how to help. They cannot even figure out how to set up autopay correctly. Do not use this bank.

Only drive through is open during Covid pandemic. It is talking 10 - 15 minutes for each car do go through the line. Cars lined up out into the street. I have been waiting 20 minutes and 1 car has been serviced in my line. This is ridiculous.

Being a member isn't worth anything when you apply for a loan. It doesn't matter if you've been with them for 15 years. They use a boilerplate process like any other lender and their rates are high.
