I have had 4 home loans a couple of home resonances tring to get current house refinanced. Big mistake appling over the phone questions asked and answered several times in emails and at the local brach due to "human error" and not being atached to the proper file as I was told tonight.
Two bad experiences made me finally leave. One was a with insurance added to my car loan. They added it without my consent. I asked the banker to remove the $400 insurance addition within the timeframe allowed to have it remove. He said it would be taken care of. It never was. Luckily I saved my emails, because they backed my case up. They ended up refunding me the $400 after the bank tried to convince the branch manager the request to cancel didn't happen in the time frame allowed.
