This is the worst credit union in the area. They are shady, they lie, they do not keep your personal affairs confidential. You can ask for a supervisor and the supervisors don't know how to work past 5:30. What business doesn't have a higher up person there to supervise their people? The entitlement of the people who work there is overwhelming. I have gotten people to leave this credit union due to how terrible it is and I deter everyone I know from banking here

I've dealt with these guys twice now. Both times they refused to valuate my home at the correct value. Significantly undervaluing my home, twice... I gave them proof from an independent professional broker using a Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) from back in DECEMBER, which was four months ago. My home is worth far more now than it was then, and everyone knows it. I got an auto loan from Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) just over 2 years ago. Recently i noticed a charge to my auto loan that is over $1000.00. Apparently this charge is for not having insurance on the vehicle. I have had the required insurance on this vehicle since it was purchased and have not had any lapse in my coverage through the life of the loan. They allow charges to go through when you have no money in your account. When you ask them to stop they say that they'll stop those for a fee of $29. That wouldn't like robbery to me.

Subpar business service. What bank does not allow there business officers to open business accounts!? Isn’t that what they are for? Why am I composing, to save other businesses the headache. I met with a business officer the other day, built a great report and was ready to open my accounts. They then said I needed to go and meet them at the local branch to open my business accounts. Money always getting stolen out of my account. This time I need to wait to print out conversation with company to prove to ICCU. The problem this time is phone manager treated me as the criminal. Not many other banks to choose but will keep looking and will try to get rep mgr fired.

I purchased a vehicle through them and paid it off 2 years into the loan. Ever since then they have been sending letter every couple weeks threatening to charge me 4200 if i dont submit insurance to them. I have called 3 times to let them know. I have paid it off and even have the title
