**** has some of the most predatory checking account practices I have ever had the unfortunate experience in dealing with. Hidden fees, stacking fees, withholding certain payments until other payments process first in order to drag out overdraft fees. I could keep going.Only **************** has treated me worse.

I waited in line 5 minutes then I asked to open a checking account. I was told no. I called up customer service. I was speaking to them while at the teller. They just waited for a few minutes after I asked if they were there. A couple minutes later they asked if I wanted help still. She connected me with her supervisor. I was put on hold for 10 minutes then the tellers said I can deposit cash and open up a checking account "virtually"/ They interrupted me while on the call to their supervisors. Worst bank ever ever racist ! I provided all documents to open my bank account and had a member call and interrogate me saying he suspects I'm fraudulent since so many people are committing it accused me of it then threatened me! So not go to this bank worst experience ever !

Paid my car off over a month ago and they are still taking payments out of an external account. Caused an overdraft and refused to accept fault or fix the problem.

Absolutely our worst decision in financing a vehicle in 40 years! We purchased a new vehicle in May 2024, and have never to date received a monthly statement, though I have contacted them two times for statements, and they apologize for their error, yet NEVER have sent one to this date... it is AUGUST!!! Their system is not easy to view either. AND we have paid two months in advance, yet they send emails to make a payment!!! They are the hardest credit union/bank ever to work with. I made payments on time through the portal for 2 years. I moved recently and must have forgotten my obligation.I first learned from TransUnion that I was late. My ICCU never contacted me to tell me I was late.When I called them, I learned that somehow the email address they had been using for 2 years changed internally without my doing. Absolutely the worst bank ever to work with. They literally let fraudulent activity happen on two of our business accounts even when we informed them as it was happening. We still have been unable to get the money back
