Worst bank ever ever racist ! I provided all documents to open my bank account and had a member call and interrogate me saying he suspects I'm fraudulent since so many people are committing it accused me of it then threatened me! So not go to this bank worst experience ever !

Paid my car off over a month ago and they are still taking payments out of an external account. Caused an overdraft and refused to accept fault or fix the problem.

Absolutely our worst decision in financing a vehicle in 40 years! We purchased a new vehicle in May 2024, and have never to date received a monthly statement, though I have contacted them two times for statements, and they apologize for their error, yet NEVER have sent one to this date... it is AUGUST!!! I made payments on time through the portal for 2 years. I moved recently and must have forgotten my obligation.I first learned from TransUnion that I was late. My ICCU never contacted me to tell me I was late.When I called them, I learned that somehow the email address they had been using for 2 years changed internally without my doing. Absolutely the worst bank ever to work with. They literally let fraudulent activity happen on two of our business accounts even when we informed them as it was happening. We still have been unable to get the money back

- "Personally Banker" asked me if ****** *** was my "aunt or something". - Mailed incorrect information to the **** flagging it as unable to be registered - Sent my car title in an unsealed envelope Unprofessional credit union, uneducated employees. Get your money aways from these fools.

Idaho Central Credit Union might be OK for most people, but if you like to be debt free and pay off your loans early, then look elsewhere.Idaho Central Credit Union places strict limits on the amount one can transfer into their account. Had I know their policy, this Idaho native would never done business with ICCU. The atuo dealership promised I could pay off the entire loan early without any penatly. This credit union dragged out my loan approval for over three months while rates kept going up each week. Now, I cannot refinance my loan elsewhere. Idaho Central Credit Union is a terrible credit union and I will never use them again.
