As someone who use to work there, they are a terrible credit union. Not only have I personally see them bounce from one idea to another confusing their workers, they give their workers gifts and lie to them to keep them happy. They tell their workers what they want to hear but if you aren't Mormon and/or drink their Kool-Aid, your as good as gone as soon as they can get rid of you. Just see why they are always hiring but yet are also the "Best" place in Idaho to work at... if they were that good, they wouldn't be hiring all ... read more

They have a tendency to change their deposit policy nearly weekly. When asked about it, they become extremely noncompliant, argumentative and unprofessional. They are entirely condescending to customers and give you the attitude that they dont want your business just your money.

Went for a car loan for car **** The loan officer was very rude and demeaning. I was also told to go to ********** because that's "their" preferred dealer. Also applied for a starter Credit Card. I was told I could not get one because my score was to low. It's not. They check my credit 4 times without my approval or application. I seriously would suggest a better financial institution. ICCU espically the *************************** had been nothing but rude to me.

Definitely not a a credit union that looks out for their members. They've grown too large, support *****, and fees are horrible.Attempted to close my account and they didn't do it properly. The next month my automatical bill pays happened, overdraft the "closed" account and they call and want me to make the balance positive.....um, not my fault.Seriously, find a smaller CU that's mber focused--iccu isn't it.

In the last month I have I have taljed to many employees if iccu I have a helco interest only loan with them.I asked why do the statement and the receipts of payment and the print out from their computer they don't have the same information. The ending balance verys from $8.80 to $400.00 with in one statement to the next month statement And that is with out drawing in money from that account. Was told i am not who i said i was.. Some how my above 750 credit score and 170k+ in credit is magically used and paid along with my 60k 2019 Genesis *** Auto loan.. Cause my job doesn't exsist.. I don't own the house i'm typing this in either..Fantastic bank.. 1/1 would go anywhere else

Terrible customer service!! I opened an acct online and has been over a week and only shows my deposit to my savings and not checking. The bank I transferred it from shows the transfer completed. I called customer service and they see my acct but said they can't verify it's me but won't ask any questions to verify. They are ridiculous. As soon as they find my money I am out!!!!!

This company pulled out of ***** Pride because of a few complaints. They gave in to bullying and when I, as a customer of theirs, asked them why the pulled out, they refuse to answer me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. There's no accountability which shows me they are not a reputable business.I'm sorry I've been with them for the last few years. I'm embarrassed of the way this company ignores their customers.
