Money always getting stolen out of my account. This time I need to wait to print out conversation with company to prove to ICCU. The problem this time is phone manager treated me as the criminal. Not many other banks to choose but will keep looking and will try to get rep mgr fired.

I purchased a vehicle through them and paid it off 2 years into the loan. Ever since then they have been sending letter every couple weeks threatening to charge me 4200 if i dont submit insurance to them. I have called 3 times to let them know. I have paid it off and even have the title

I have been with them for years and thought they were the best until just recently when my bank account got hacked and they did not protect me. They sent me a copy of the fraudulent check that got put in my account and it was not even my signature. You would think banks would have your back but unfortunately they do not have your back I would never refer anyone to this bank. Beware if you are banking with them.

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a company amd their customer service than i did with iccu. I was scammed now granted i was scammed however that may be. Iccus fraud department supervisor Chris was so disrespectful and telling a customer there's no hope the police are gonna take this and it will just be another file added to their stack as well as their own department. I was solicited by Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) to transfer my existing auto loan from a different institution to get a lower interest rate. After assurances this process would be seamless and take less than an hour, what appeared to be loan transfer papers were completed and submitted. I was told I would receive some sort of confirmation of the loan transfer but I received nothing and called the “relationship agent” but he did not and has not returned phone calls since, neither did he respond to email inquiry. Have used them for years for banking and loans. Have had too many issues with insurance premiums being charged for gap coverage, life insurance and disability insurance without my knowledge or consent. Despite my auto insurance company providing proof of insurance, fees are still charged. I’m thinking the Attorney General needs to do an investigation as this smells like ***** ***** practices all over again.

In May 2019 I moved to Idaho Falls, ID. On June 2019 my boyfriend opened a savings and checking account. He was asked by $25 for savings and $10 for Checking not asked for anything else. I was surprised by the low amount Idaho central wanted to open the account. 2 1/2 weeks later, I also opened a savings and checking with Idaho central, with the loan officer, Omar I gave them the same amount $25 for savings and $10 for checking. I don’t typically write reviews especially for a bank. I’m getting very frustrated with the service here. I’m kind of torn, I refinanced my car through ICCU and they got me a very low interest-rate my compared to what I was paying. That’s probably the only nice thing so far. I have been loyal to ICCU for a decade. My car loan, savings, checkings, and primary credit card have always been through ICCU. My husband and I went in to get a loan for his truck and Adrian at the Boise (overland) ICCU was very unhelpful and combative. She wanted us to drive to burley to the dealer to get a decision on if we were approved or not AFTER they had already ran our credit and wasted two hours of my life.
