This company pulled out of ***** Pride because of a few complaints. They gave in to bullying and when I, as a customer of theirs, asked them why the pulled out, they refuse to answer me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. There's no accountability which shows me they are not a reputable business.I'm sorry I've been with them for the last few years. I'm embarrassed of the way this company ignores their customers.

We purchased a Jeep Gladiator from the dealership I work for. I have made my third payment and have yet to receive a statement of my balance left over from making said payment. I can't seem to get through to anybody because every hour that they're open are the hours that I work. And yes this is Monday through Saturday. Insane "loan shark" overdraft fees, I am sure the **** regulator is surely going to have to investigate into these matters as well as CFPB
They are unreasonable about negotiating overdraft fees One representative reversed a couple. Another scoffed at my request. Does ICCU rely on pricy fees for profit? They seem so reluctant to even reverse a excessive ATM usage fee applied to my savings account. A great deal of discrepancy of service from one teller to the next. I have been with ICCU for about 8 years. Nothing but ??I have great credit and the first time I tried for a loan a few years back a 3rd party got involved and ever since gone downhill! So I tried for a loan yesterday, not even a big amount and against my better judgment I went ahead and said ok to go through and do the hard credit check and Ofcourse some BS line of why declined ??So now down goes my credit that I worked so hard for snd a chance of 3rd party again Im sure. Ive been banking with them for 15 years and have recommended them to others, but they recently supported a scammer company instead of protecting my account. To be screwed over by a scammer that many others had the same experience with and have them rule in favor of them. Not recommending this bank anymore
In august of 2020 I went into this iccu branch to close my account after a previously mishandled customer service issue. At that time someone claiming to be the branch manager came to assist me, withdrew the remaining balance on the account and assured me that it was fully closed. Today, 2/16/22 I received a letter from iccu stating that my account had been inactive since 1/7/21. I have been an ICCU customer for over 20 years, but I am taking my business elsewhere. I recently responded to a credit card promotion and our relationship has gone downhill ever since then. I recently applied for an ICCU Premier Credit Card online and was immediately called and told the a Financial Specialist was contact me the next day. This is the worst credit union in the area. They are shady, they lie, they do not keep your personal affairs confidential. You can ask for a supervisor and the supervisors don't know how to work past 5:30. What business doesn't have a higher up person there to supervise their people? The entitlement of the people who work there is overwhelming. I have gotten people to leave this credit union due to how terrible it is and I deter everyone I know from banking here
