Being a woman I feel it is difficult to go to a dealership because the sales person is usually male and they can be very intimidating. Not once throughout the transaction did I feel pressured, I actually enjoyed the process. Everyone was very friendly and answered my questions fully. I would definitely refer business to your dealership.
Our Salesperson Perry Koster did an exceptional job assisting us with our new Nissan Leaf purchase. He went above and beyond offering us with all the details of our new car. It was past 10:00 pm but he was still lively and personable.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed the dealership and let them know what I was looking for. There was no haggling, no "tricks" to get me into the dealership before we had a deal, none of the normal dealer shenanigans. Sam the GM looked at what I wanted and helped me get it despite my lack of credit. Good job guys! I would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2011 Cube a couple of days ago. It was a great car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off the figures that were mutually agreeable. He was always smiling even though I made him go back and forth at least 5 times for re-negotiation (not to mention that it was already after 9 p.m). I came into OC Nissan late in the evening and wasn't expecting to leave with a brand new car! I had done my research and was definitely interested in the 2011 2door Altima but didn't think I could possibly leave with what I wanted!? My wife and I came to OC Irvine, knowing what model (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. As with a lot of people these days, we were targeting a monthly payment, as opposed to sales price. By using the dealer calculators online, we had a ballpark of what would work for us. Our hole experience of buying our new 2011 Nissian Juke was great from the beginning to the end of me driving off in our new car. Team work was awesome! Did'nt know if I would like such a small care after driving a Juagar for so long but not any more.
