Great customer service by Johni and Ken. NEVER ask "what can I do to close this deal"-----HATE that question by car sales. Professional and very helpful. Never felt pressured. Felt I got a fair price for the new car and for my trade in.
They were thorough in explaining the operation of my Leaf. We got through the paperwork fairly quickly, and didn't feel pressured to get something I didn't want. The only negative was having to wait about an hour to get in to do the paperwork.
The dealership was great from the first contact via the phone. Gary was the first one I spoke to on the phone. Very friendly and helpful. There was a situation that happened on the way to the dealership that Gary was very helpful in his assistance to help us resolve it. Perry was very friendly gathering information for Gary. Being a woman I feel it is difficult to go to a dealership because the sales person is usually male and they can be very intimidating. Not once throughout the transaction did I feel pressured, I actually enjoyed the process. Everyone was very friendly and answered my questions fully.
