Great customer service by Johni and Ken. NEVER ask "what can I do to close this deal"-----HATE that question by car sales. Professional and very helpful. Never felt pressured. Felt I got a fair price for the new car and for my trade in.
They were thorough in explaining the operation of my Leaf. We got through the paperwork fairly quickly, and didn't feel pressured to get something I didn't want. The only negative was having to wait about an hour to get in to do the paperwork.
The dealership was great from the first contact via the phone. Gary was the first one I spoke to on the phone. Very friendly and helpful. There was a situation that happened on the way to the dealership that Gary was very helpful in his assistance to help us resolve it. Perry was very friendly gathering information for Gary. My experience with Sanela and Irvine Nissan was great. They are quick. They are knowledgeable. And most of all they made me feel extremely comfortabel throughout the entire process. What I really appreciated is the efforts in making you feel like they really care - from the car buying process to the services they offer and follow up they will do AFTER you purchase a car. Being a woman I feel it is difficult to go to a dealership because the sales person is usually male and they can be very intimidating. Not once throughout the transaction did I feel pressured, I actually enjoyed the process. Everyone was very friendly and answered my questions fully. I would definitely refer business to your dealership.
Our Salesperson Perry Koster did an exceptional job assisting us with our new Nissan Leaf purchase. He went above and beyond offering us with all the details of our new car. It was past 10:00 pm but he was still lively and personable.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed the dealership and let them know what I was looking for. There was no haggling, no "tricks" to get me into the dealership before we had a deal, none of the normal dealer shenanigans. Sam the GM looked at what I wanted and helped me get it despite my lack of credit. Good job guys! I would highly recommend them.
Great dealership. Perry and Syndney are awesome. I bought a new Nissan LEAF and the sales staff was very knolwedgeable about the car. They made the process easy.
I bought a 2011 Cube a couple of days ago. It was a great car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off the figures that were mutually agreeable. He was always smiling even though I made him go back and forth at least 5 times for re-negotiation (not to mention that it was already after 9 p.m).
