Wow... where to start! Unless you where born with a silver spoon in your mouth you can't afford this animal hospital! Almost $700 for shots, bloodwork which I actually refused, but still got charged. My refusal was noted in my invoice. Over $800 to neuter my new rescue cat! $800 DOLLARS! So, it's maybe a 15 minute surgery. It takes longer to get the cat put under then the surgery! The vets are knowledgeable and good with pets. I went there a few times this year for appointments. I waited a half hour one time for my appointment and 20 minutes the next time. I went to an appointment there today and I was 11 minutes late. They refused to see my dog. I'll never go back. Respecting time goes both ways.

I spent over$500 last week on my daddy's blood work ECT. They sold 2 bottles of antibiotics and only have me one. I chalked the next day because I spilled some. They sold me another bottle and gave me the one they didn't give me the first time. 5/12 21 My cat didn't survive, and now they don't want to let me return the un opened bottle, and return the money I spent 2 days ago. Sad. Over priced

My last review was removed because I mentioned the lack of vaccinations. The person answering the phone said they were not vaccinated therfore they would not allow in-person visits. This was NOT my speculation. My question is simply, how do we know we are getting what we pay for when we're waiting in the car? This is not a cheap office.

Horrible experience here, will never take another pet here again. Made the decision to spay my french bulldog here unfortunately. The severely over priced spay incision and sutures look like they were done in the back of an alley by a random person, not an actual veterinarian in an office. Scar is going to be horrible, lumpy and crooked down her stomach. Decided to remove teeth that I did not approve during the surgery (and charge me for it.) The people are very nice but this place is ridiculously expensive which makes it feel like they don't actually care about the health of my animals

I always feel I have been overcharged for any appointment. I took my cat in for a FVRCP vaccine and had to pay for an exam even though she had the same exam 3 months ago. Long wait in the parking lot to drop off and even longer (almost 15 minutes) wait to pick up after they took my credit card payment. We have 4 pets and it would be greatly appreciated if they offered a multi pet or senior citizen discount. Years ago when this business was small, they offered decent prices and services. I really appreciate the fact that when I took my little shitzu cocker spaniel, Beauregard, in for his ear problems, that they didn't just look in the ears, medicate and send him home. They did a full work up and even trimmed his toenails. My little guy is getting very old and they take really good care of him.
I've been bringing my lab to Indian Tree for over 2 years. The staff and doctors are all nice, professional and highly competent. What I take issue with is the 400% markup on meds. I was charged $89 for two antibiotics that I could have purchased on chewy for $18(plus another $5 for shipping). Is there any reasonable vet that doesn't turn our pets illness into a huge revenue opportunity?? There's enough to worry about with a sick pet.. you shouldn't have to think about being robbed by the cost of meds
