This place is the WORST! They are grifters of the highest order. The vets are little more than high-pressure sales people. I felt like I was practicing tennis with a machine, batting rapid fire balls away with all the crap they were trying to upsell. I had to keep saying no! No! No! No! My girlfriend takes her dog here once a month for a Cytopoint injection for allergies and they charge $160 each time! My oldest dog was having issues with diarrhea so I called and asked for something to help. The staff claimed I had to bring my dog in to get evaluated even though he had been there in July and he is 17 1/2. I relented and brought him in. They prescribed EXACTLY what I knew he needed and gave him antibiotics and a probiotic. I didn't ask which antibiotic and I should have. We didn't feel comfortable this time as we have in the past and neither was our dog. He is a rescue and needs extra campasion and care. Last year was his first appointment at this hospital and the vet we had was wonderful with him.( she has left) Additionally, another appointment earlier this year was great with a tech and our dog didn't have anxiety. Indian Tree has been the veterinary office my family has used for well over ten years for several different pets. Unfortunately there has been a gradual decline in the quality of care and attention to detail, and we are so bummed to need to start fresh with a new veterinary office. I don't mind paying the higher-than-average pricing if my pets receive better-than-average care, but there has been such a consistent decline in quality of service and I cannot justify going there again. Super rude front desk staff. Waaaaay over priced!!!! we realized after taking our animals there that they are on average twice to 3x expensive as other local vet clinic. We actually went to the other vet down the street and the people ahead of us had a dog that had been in surgery that Indian tree messed up. Avoid at all cost!

I used to be a huge advocate for Indian Tree until my most recent experience-- you can check my review history! I wrote a raving review over a year ago. This time. my dog was misdiagnosed by Dr. Celese Joza. She prescribed her seizure medication for what turned out to be a mouth sore causing my dog to show signs of pain and distress-- I found this out by going to VCA for a second opinion. I am broken hearted and trying to understand the lack of care given to animal care in this society. It has turned into a money fur factory. I brought my 9 year old cat to Indian Tree because she was having dental issues and an infection and was not eating......losing weight and I was very concerned. Two days prior I had her at the ER for same issue and was told she was all OK except for infection and teeth needed to be addressed. I have been talking my huskies here for 10 years. I've always appreciated the care they give. however, my visit the other day ago, the front desk gal that checked my dog in wasn't very pleasant. Just kinda snooty and careless. Sure, she said the right things , but it was pretty obvious she didn't care much.

The hospital was very nice and clean but the prices are high. I've never paid that much for an office visit or vaccines for any of my dogs. The vet was kind and thorough but I'll be looking for another vet that is more reasonably priced.
