One star is too many for this rating. While the staff are all very friendly and the facilities are very nice, the actual medical experience is horrific. Very long (and frankly expensive) story aside, my dog was misdiagnosed with a very serious diagnosis, which was followed by a very dramatic recommended course of treatment.
