"AMAZING - Customer Service" This was my first visit to the service department. I was assigned to Carrie, she was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, her communication while my vehicle was being inspected was top notch. You can tell she truly cares. I had to take a shuttle to my office, they were quick and friendly. The work performed was done quickly. The service department is top notch. Ask for Carrie when you make an appointment, you won't be disappointed! She rocks!

"First time experience; all great!!" I come from up North where I bought my Infiniti and have it serviced. "Danny in Service is always on top of his game. " This is my second owned Infinity and I think I’ll probably stick with Infiniity for 2 reasons. One-Love the cars reliability and comfort and Two-the service dept is top notch. Service Advisor Daddy is extremely knowledgeable and valuable resource.

"Never Disappointed " I have been a customer of INFINITI of the Palm Beaches for over 15 years. Their service department is the best I have ever encountered at a dealership.
