"AMAZING - Customer Service" This was my first visit to the service department. I was assigned to Carrie, she was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, her communication while my vehicle was being inspected was top notch. You can tell she truly cares. I had to take a shuttle to my office, they were quick and friendly. "Danny in Service is always on top of his game. " This is my second owned Infinity and I think I’ll probably stick with Infiniity for 2 reasons. One-Love the cars reliability and comfort and Two-the service dept is top notch. Service Advisor Daddy is extremely knowledgeable and valuable resource.
