The staff was very unfriendly. We called the shuttle and the lady told us it would be about 15 minutes. An hour and a half later we were still waiting. If we knew it was going to take that long we would’ve just taken an Uber since it was 5 miles to the hotel. The staff were rude and unfriendly. The bathroom toilet would only flush half the time. Noisy and tired. Bed was very uncomfortable and old and good luck getting sleep as it's on a busy street, extremely noisy. Toilet looked liked it belonged in a pre school, way too low.

We experienced what sounded like jack hammers during the night, as well as an alarm of some sort. But the worst was that the sofa bed had no linens -- instead it had a water bottle and labels from some women's underwear underneath it -- and some not very clean women's underwear in the bed.

I took my mother up to Anchorage for a weekend getaway. We rented a handicap room, when we got to the room the heaters were not working , the bathroom was the only thing that had a handicap chair under the counter. My mother could not get in the bathtub, they need to have a walk in shower. There is no space to push a wheelchair around in the room.
