Without a car, the property is not close to anything. Front desk staff was not rude, but neither were they friendly. The room was very outdated. The TV was ancient, the bathtub had black spots all over it. Internet on the tenth floor was nonexistent. If this was the Motel 6, I would’ve had my expectations at about this level. But this was not the Motel 6 nor Motel 6 prices and therefore I expected much more.

Heat did not work, could not take bath because the bathtub plunger did not work, had TV but was rather old. Staff was good and service was good

Rooms were dated and not clean. Had to change rooms because my original room had trash under the bed. Room was cold and i needed to request a portable heater.

This hotel has a great location Downtown, used to be a nice hotel at a decent rate. They have not kept up with the times, slow in responding to guest needs, and overall very dirty and in sore need of new mattresses and pillows among many other things. I could not even sleep there....sleeping on rocks would have been more comfortable.

The location was great! However, the room was severely dated. Lights didn’t work, and the shower didn’t work. Also the walls and door were pretty thin, so I could easily hear even the faintest activity in the hall, and room next door. They claim to be a 3 star hotel, I would give it 1.5-2 stars.

I liked that i could sleep, but the staff and the smoke in the hotel was unacceptable, i thought it was a smoke free hotel but i coukd smell it in my room

No heater- it’s Anchorage Alaska- please have some updates, Ned is horrible squeaky and springy... no fans in the bathroom, not one information sheet regarding continental breakfast they supposed to provide- horrible lady
