Any positives about this hotel were outweighed by the awful bedding and mattress. I felt like I was sleeping directly on a box spring. I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels of varying quality, but this was one of the worst beds I have ever had the misfortune of sleeping in.

Good customer service in day time bad customer service at night. Good house keeping guy at night and very friendly.

It was very cold in the room i was in. The front desk person acted like it was my fault! I had pillows against the window and they gave me a space heater. It was still too cold. I had just moved from another room that had very loud neighbors, partying and slamming doors all night long. I was hoping for relief changing rooms. After changing rooms for the third time, i was finally warm. The cleanliness of the room was another story. The housekeepers need to pay attention to detail. Shower was to short. I'm 6'3" tsll and kept hitting my head on the ceiling. The plater around the window was bre as king off. The lack of customer service is incredible. I have worked hotels and it should be employees responsibility to make a customer happy. Not look at customer when making a complaint with a look of utter disdained.

room was filthy not even cleaned ,crap in toilet urine, dirt, hair all over-nasty. when front desk was notified they gave guest rubber cloves so guest could clean it claiming no manager was available,,next day mgr was there & informed guest they should have requested different room as this was the hotel policy in this situation,, however when guest asked why this policy was not utilized instead of having guest clean room-- mgr stated the person on front desk was 3 days new & did not know hotel policy..when guest asked to tal... read more
