It was sort of funny to sign a sheet requesting not to smoke and then opening the elevator to immediately be engulfed by the mixture of cigarette and weed smoke. The rooms are nice and clean to the naked eye, I didn't come out with bug bites or anything. Every floor smells like cigarettes and weed and each of the elevators do as well. I spoke with someone who comes there often and it's the normal. Honestly for the cheap price, it's everything you'd expect. Very nice staff/ Walmart esque patrons. Elevators was not working and we we're on the 14th floor, bed linens had blood stains, front doors was broken we had to use the side doors ...we had to keep taking our keys to get it reprogrammed because everyday it would stop working, there was poop on the elevators , cigarette buds covered the entryway of the hotel,out of the three washer in the laundry room only one was working, the soda and snack machine will only take your money and will not spit out what you purchase for...the front desk staffs were not friendly at all... read more

Unsafe Room/Horrible Customer Service After years of staying here and always using hotels.com to book our room, the man at the front desk was very demeaning and treated us very poorly because we booked third party. We got the crappiest room with safety issues-a door that didn’t close all the way like it had been kicked in, no heat , and two small pillows on a king bed. I liked the price of the property. I did not like that The elevators both got stuck while we were there and the cleaning staff was stuck. We had to use stairs. The bed was not correct and if you sat up in the bed it would fold up on you as if the bed support was not far enough toward the head. The TV remote did not work.

Convenient location to downtown and midtown. Lobby, hallways and bedding dismal, all need to be upgraded. Someone set off fire alarm at 11:30 pm and everyone had to leave the building, and twice during the wee hours of the night, someone yelled in the hallway to be let into their room.

Absolutely a nightmare. First time I’ve ever reviewed anything on the internet.... was a complete mad house of people runs the halls, screaming, and clearly up to no good. Heater was broke, they offered to bring us a space heater... I asked if I could rent a nicer room and pay more.. just a “NO” - left 2 nights early - they refused a partial refund. Mattress is not a mattress, it’s a ‘bunkette’ which is like what you use for bunk beds. I want my money back - don’t go here guys

Not worth your time and money! I only expect three things from a hotel stay, a clean room, a comfy bed, and a hot shower. While the room was clean it was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and they called it a "Deluxe" room. I had to squeeze between furniture and the bathroom was like being stuck in a closet. Needless to say the shower was just barely lukewarm in the evening and just above freezing in the morning. For what I spent you would think it would be a lot nicer than it was
