The job is finished. They made their presentation & I paid my down payment on 6/11/16. The windows were installed on 7/24/16 (42 days), which was well within the time frame that was established in the presentation. The crew arrived exactly on time and installed 9 windows to my satisfaction, and departed at about 2:30 p.m. They cleaned up the area and even helped put furniture back in place. They were very professional and personable.
I have hired this company to install windows in my home. But, we are in the preliminary stages of doing business. I have agreed to their terms & conditions, selected the windows I want and given them a down payment. It has been 30 days since we signed a gave them a check. I'll do another review at an appropriate time in the near future.
She was very personable and professional. I enjoyed her presentation and I believe the colors I choose are going to look terrific.
The estimator was prompt and on time for our meeting, and was very knowable about the product and type of work I wanted done.
Windows have not been installed yet. Presentation was detailed and informative. Pricing was reasonable.
Install America did outstanding job installing the siding of the house. They pay attention to detail and critical area that I pointed out to them. The job was completed within reasonable time. They removed the gutters, so that the next installer will the gutters. The windows on the back porch is well made and it very nice. The only complaint that these installer was when the load the old windows on the truck, some the hardware was throne on my driveway, which they did to clean the area. We like the window because of the installation around it. Like the way the bottom sash releases.The installers did a great job.
Most important is they sent in great installaation team. Window quality is good.
