Everyone was great. From Megan who explained all products pros and cons to the teams who did the work. Tony and his guys and especially the Castillo brothers were fab. All were courteous and respectful and explained everything they did to a newbie like me. A few things needed to be fixed after and these were completed in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with my new deck and front porch. I will absolutely refer anyone who asks to Install America.

I had a really good install team. Their attention to detail was excellent. The windows,the interior floors and the yard were all clean when they left.
The time from when the sales person came to our home, Megan, the experience was stress-free. She did not try to sell us anything but what was requested. We did not feel pressure into hiring them to do the job. Another contractor said we would have to remove the existing molding around the windows prior to installation or be charged an additional fee for them to do it. We had a great experience with Install America. Jeff s crew was friendly, prompt, and courteous. They came when promised, cleaned up and easily installed 16 windows in a mid-1800 s home where nothing is square. We will use them again when we are ready to replace our remaining 8 or so.
This was the best decision we made to replace our windows in February 2019 an do our Patio door in April 2019. The installers on both jobs did a great installation and clean up after all work was done. I would recommend INSTALL AMERICA.
The first thing that I liked about Matt from Install America is that he did not tell me, wife, that she was wrong. We had already received quotes from several contractors and, to a one, the told us that we had to also re-tile the floor or had to replace the sink and toilet. On the other hand, Matt listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to sell us a project that we did not want.
