The installers were meticulous and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my windows.
I received quotes from several different companies and selected Install America. They weren't the cheapest and most companies cost more, but I believe the quality of their window was the best. Installers did a great job, took their time and made sure the job was done right. Also did an excellant job cleaning up.
On time for estimate. When they put the windows in they were very polite and as unintrusive as possible. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
Wasn't crazy about sales tactics used by window companies - they all seem to be doing the same thing... give their best price the day of your quote & you have to decide to take it or leave it before even getting quotes from other companies. Salesperson was great to work with & he met my price for a whole house install. Four man team completed 13 window install in one day (about 10 hours) & all work was done from the inside of the house (12" of snow on ground). STRAIGHT FORWARD , GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE , DID NOT TRY TO SING DANCE LIKE OTHER CONTRACTORS , TOLD ME WHAT I ASK , CLOSED DEAL IN 1/2 HOUR .
They are wonderful. The company was upfront, honest, gave us what we needed rather than what was most expensive and worked with our budget.

great price, great salesman - no pressure, etc. - still waiting for installation due to custom-shaped windows. After a VERY long wait, my new patio doors and trapezoid windows were finally installed in February (promised before Christmas). It was well worth the wait.
