great price, great salesman - no pressure, etc. - still waiting for installation due to custom-shaped windows. After a VERY long wait, my new patio doors and trapezoid windows were finally installed in February (promised before Christmas). It was well worth the wait. the gentlemen who installed my windows were very knowledgable and very efficient. They were quite careful to keep all their mess outside, which they cleaned up completely at the end of the job. i would recommend them to anyone.
Install America had a no pressure sales pitched and gave me the best bang for my dollar. After the windows were purchased, there was little follow up on when the install date would be and after the windows were installed there was no follow up at all. The installers didn't clean up to well after the install, there was window shavings all ove the room and large strips of shavings left on my lawn.
I signed a contract for installing 13 new windows (standard) in last week of august. Work finally started in Mid nov and got completed in last week of November. Contractor (2 guys) who came for installation was polite and no issues with the work. My biggest complaint is customer service. I have been calling customer service for sending me the glass warranty certificate, screens that were found damaged and everytime they promise that they will send something by UPS or mail and nothing comes. Installation was excellent. Time lapse between sale and exact measurement date was a little long (4 weeks) and I had to call them to get installation date instead of them calling me, but the overall experience was very good.
My only comment is, that they took much pride....in installing my windows, but did not clean them, after installation; I would have had a better experience, had I not had to clean them myself. Overall, I do love the windows and the product, yes.
