They did a great job. They even did some extra work. When we called about finding a better price after siging the contract, they came back with an even better price. Nice people.
I was disappointed by damage their workers did to new shutters and my existing gutter helmet that delayed the job. However, they did correct all of these problems and did an overall good job on the siding.
Their price was well below other bidders and they added in new gutters with gutter covers. They were very flexible in making small changes. The work was done very professionally. The only negatives were the lag time between signing a contract and getting the work underway and oversights on small details that were readily and quickly corrected.
The only real problem was with the salesman.He told that all curtains would not have tobe removed. Not only did they have to be removed for installation,they would fit back into the windows at all.If we would have known this first,we may not have bought the product.So far we reallyt like the windows and sliding door.

The company provided the product and the installation servce in the manner we had discussed. They completed the installation within the date and time agreed. The installers were very professional and efficient. The old windows were disposed of as promised and the work site was cleaned up at the end of the project. Our overall experience was very good.
The company is very professional overall. The Sales Rep was very detailed in explaining the product. The initial consultation was 2 hours. He explained things and showed us samples of our product in comparison to others out there. Once we signed the contract and got approval from our homeowner's association it was only about 2-3 weeks until the windows were manufactured and ready to be installed. installation was excelent good quality windows,however I didn,t care for the high pressure sales tactics that were used
Due to a morning meeting at the factory they were late in arriving but with that said they worked through lunch and completed the job as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were accomdating to my requests to put drop cloths down to protect my flooring. Windows look great, very nice employees, would highly recommend this company.
