Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints!
as far as customer service, it is 50/50 because half of them did really good, then they installed the wrong size gutters. And kept bringing wrong color of siding. But the job they did was awesome. The installers are amazing! Just some communication drama with the higher up people.
The sales representative was courteous and not overly aggressive or eager to make a sale. The finished work was excellent, and we will return to this company for the next window replacement project.
Had windows installed a week ago. Very happy with the product. Windows look great and have lots of nice features. The installer was every efficient and skilled. Conducted himself professionally and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner. He cleaned up everything.
Fred was professional and very knowledgeable about his company's product and services...He was very patient when it came to my budget and cost concerns..This was a very needed quality I appreciate, because I'd already shopped around and got estimates with 2 other companies..?? Install America's management team has ensured their services to be one of a kind..I really do look forward to working with them doing this project..!!(windows and siding) Thanks a lot!!
The quality of the windows are excellent. I could tell the difference immediately upon installation. The Salesman and installers were very professional. Left my home very clean indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this company to any one purchasing new windows. I'll looking into the possibility of purchasing a door.
They know the ins and oust about windows. The windows are well built. I live by a busy highway and there windows count down the road noise. Install America gives you what they tell you, no surprises. The installer, Chris Campanini installed and cap the 10 windows in 8 hrs, outstanding contractor. Yes I would recommend this company and in fact Install America is the only company I will deal with
I wish I could give a higher rating. Some aspects were great others have left me still angry about 4 months later. The man who came to my house for the estimate was amazing and really sold me on using install America. The guys who came out to install the windows were very mean looking guys. They couldn't get the windows out of my ground floor apartment. So they needed to be broken out. One would like you to break the windows towards the outside. Not them. Broken glass inside.
